Firstly we would love to speak with our client directly to get a better understanding of their business.
We recommend that they choose one person to represent their company who we will work with throughout the design process.
Usually a short phone-call will be enough where they share the details of their business and what they would like to include in the design.
After the meeting if the client is ready to proceed we ask them to send a deposit (half of the total amount). We accept Zelle quick pays, cash/check drop-offs of check via email. By sending the deposit the client agrees to all terms of our service which is there is no cancelling after 24 hours of sending the deposit, and once the design is complete full payment will be due regardless of the clients satisfaction but don't worry we will do everything to make our clients happy. Once the deposit was received our designers get to work right away!
The wheels in our brains are turning and creativity is flowing.
Within a few days the design will be ready and be sent to the client in a jpeg format. Since design is an opinion our client has the right to request changes and alteration according to their preference for no charge. Keep in mind they should never ask more than one person for their opinion because that will only confuse them.Once the design is approved we ask for the complete payment and we send the print ready files. The design process is complete! Yes it's that easy!
